Broward Bulldog Inc. received federal tax exempt status as a 501(c)(3) organization on June 1, 2010. A copy of the IRS’s determination letter is available upon request.

Lost circulation and large staff cuts at South Florida’s corporately owned daily newspapers has led to a decline in local news coverage and investigative reporting. Our diverse community needs an independent regional news site staffed by dedicated and professional journalists.
